I followed a post to hide a user account from windows 7 login screen so you can later only login by CRTL+ALT+DEL and manually entering the username and password.
The problem was that the account I hided is the administrator account and that windows 7 home premium classic login ctrl+alt+del don't show anything and just don't work, if you have another account even if not an administrator account you can solve this problem like I did.
if the account still available for you is a standard account:
Open the RUN from start menu, type in "runas user:ADMIN_NAME_HERE cmd" then hit enter, replace the ADMIN_NAME_HERE with your administrator username of course, a console will show, enter your password and type-in "regedit" browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft >Windows NT > CurrentVersion > Winlogon > SpecialAccounts > UserList
and just right click on the UserList and delete it, this crap wont work on premium edition and creating the key was a mistake to begin with.
if your other account is administrator you have to do the same except the RUNAS first step, type regedit in the RUN and do the same as above.
this is how I solved it, I didn't find any solutions online so I decided to write it to help someone stuck in my same situation.
Have a nice day, I hope it helped.
