1- Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes.
2- Make sure you are running pangu as an administrator.
3- Make sure you clicked pangu icon on the second page of springboard of your device fast enough.
4- Make a free space on the second page to make the pangu icon spawn on it.
5- Make sure your phone doesn't have a pin lock, if so disable it.
